If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your AAA Membership portal and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
